To use this Site and place orders, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell printed artworks and related products. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that:

  • Colours will appear exactly the same on all screens and prints

  • Product images are an exact representation of the final printed item

Minor variations may occur due to printing processes, materials, and display settings.

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You are making an offer to purchase

  • We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email or dispatch notification

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing or product errors

  • Stock or production issues

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes for international orders (if applicable).

We use third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Production and Shipping

Production

Most items are made to order. Production begins shortly after purchase.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Peak seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

7. Cancellations

Because many products are made to order, orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever occurs first. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

This cancellation policy applies across all regions we ship to, including the UK, EU, and US, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in each jurisdiction.

8. Returns and Refunds Returns and Refunds

This section complies with EU consumer law and distance selling regulations.

8.1 Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications

Since many of our products are made to order, the right of withdrawal may not apply in these cases.

8.2 Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8.3 Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Custom Duties and International Orders

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees

  • These charges are not included in our prices

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

All content on this Site, including artwork, designs, images, text, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Prints by Rebekah.

You agree not to use the Site for:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Interfering with Site functionality

  • Attempting to access systems or data unlawfully

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays outside our control

  • Minor variations in product appearance

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
