Refund policy

Since every item is printed to order, they are not eligible for a refund due to the items being custom-made and thus exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made items are exempt from the right to cancel.

Faulty/Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email info@pedalatelier.com with your order number and photos of the defects. We can arrange a reprint or, if a reprint is not possible, a refund.
